Hi, I am Isadora Maria

This philosophy is deeply rooted in my passions:

  • Driving gender parity through the wisdom of the Sacred Feminine, honoring intuition, collaboration, and regenerative leadership

  • Protecting the Amazon rainforest and advocating for the healing of Mother Earth

  • Singing hymns with my church and deepening my understanding of spiritual teachings

  • Exploring consciousness expansion and holistic well-being through sacred practices, movement, and ancestral wisdom

Each of these interests is a seed I plant with intention—whether in the soil of technology, liberal arts, or community. And with every bloom, I’m reminded that innovation isn’t just about progress—it’s about healing, alignment, and the courage to imagine a better world.

I love my work—

I am a Computer Scientist with an Executive Master's in Strategic Leadership. I’m also a self-taught designer, photographic model, and art director hobbyist. Currently, I work for Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program as Business Program Manager at Microsoft Corporation, a volunteer community leader with The WIT Network, and a board of directors member at ATHENA International.

Always evolving, I am a multi-neurodivergent, naturally outside-the-box thinker who thrives at the intersection of disciplines. I love connecting all these interests to the best of my capabilities to maximize alignment with my higher self—learning with the ocean how to feel joy simply for being alive in such crazy and extraordinary times.

At 14, I created an online radio station so my great-grandfather could broadcast Legion of Good Will content to his church friends. That early act of service and ingenuity sparked a lifelong journey—one that has taken me from grassroots tech projects to engineering business solutions at scale for one of the world’s leading high-tech corporations.

As a Brazilian married to an Italo-Canadian and living in the U.S., I blend cultures, perspectives, and values to drive meaningful impact in my communities. I see myself as an innovation samurai and a gardener of people, partnerships and possibilities—someone with track-record of “growing flowers even from concrete”.

To me, creativity and innovation is both a discipline and a devotion. Like a samurai, I approach challenges with clarity, courage, and precision. As a gardener, I nurture people and ideas with care and intention, cultivating growth even in the most unlikely places. “Growing flowers from concrete” means believing in transformation, seeing beauty and potential where others see obstacles, and creating systems of healing, connection, and progress.
